Super Mario Maker Update Announced

Two trailers have been released by Nintendo detailing an update coming to Super Mario Maker on December 22nd.
The trailer released by Nintendo of America details the new Bookmark feature headed to the game. This web portal alows you to search courses on your computer or Wii U, and bookmark them for play later. You can search courses by recommended, by course rankings, makers, or by looking using filters. These filters include t he Game Style, theme, region, difficulty, Upload Date, and Tags.
The trailer in Europe shows new elements that are coming to the game, as well as a few new features. Shaking a Grinder will produce bumper, a circular object that bounces Mario and other objects away upon contact. Shaking Warp Doors gives P Warp Doors. These Door normally appear as a white outline, but when a P Switch is activated, you can go through the doors like normal. When online, you can now view the fastest clear time for each course, as well as the first person to clear it. Shaking a Koopa Clown Car yields a Fire Koopa Clown Car. When riding in it, you can shoot fire balls. Holding the shoot button allows you to charge a shot to break blocks.
